Service Description

IFS, or "parts work", is a powerful and safe modality of healing trauma, shifting deep-seated beliefs, and creating foundation-level shifts in how you view yourself and the world. These sessions are officially 1 hour long but we allow for 30 minutes extra as IFS sessions can often run over, and it's best to finish the extraction process all in one session with enough time to debrief.

Cancelation Policy

One cancelation or reschedule within 24 hours is permitted. After that, a session canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited. (Exceptions for accidents, emergencies, and acts of God.)
