In this 5-session shadow work group session you will have an opportunity to process deep emotions in a safe and dynamic container. 

This work allows us to break longstanding cycles that began in childhood and open the possibility for a new way forward in our lives. The core of this work is love and acceptance. True healing is when we accept even the most difficult-to-love parts of ourselves, like a loving mother or father taking a crying child into their arms.

Attendance is very important to this work. Please do not sign up for this series if you cannot make all of the designated dates and times.

Whether you're just starting out, or you've been to decades of therapy, this work is powerfully healing. No one will leave unmoved.
