An every-other-week group session dedicated to psychological and spiriual inner work.

All sessions are guided by Daniel Lev Shkolnik and focus on several key areas of practice:

• Parts work / IFS: for inner wholeness, healing, and mapping of your inner psyche.
• Jungian Active Imagination: a technique developed by psychologist Carl Jung to enter into the subconscious and explore the inner landscape and messages of the individual or collective unconscious.
• Intermediate Spiritual Work: guided exercises to help us loosen ego-identification and experience greater connection with the oceanic, ground of reality.

The basis of psycho-spiritual work is the belief that in order to make spiritual progress we need to heal ourselves on the psychological and emotional level. Healing psychological work allows our ego to feel safe enough to relax and allow our true Self to enter into our bodies and lead our lives. A healthy ego allows for a stable awakening.
