One-Day Meditation Retreat on Sunday, April 12th from 9am–6pm in the heart of New Orleans.
We’ll gather at The Emerald Door — a hidden garden and private residence nestled in the Bywater. This lush green gem is filled with quiet nooks, creative energy, and natural beauty — the perfect setting to reconnect with nature, and with the nature of your own being.
This retreat is open to practitioners of all levels. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an established practice, the day is designed to meet you where you are.
Throughout the day, we’ll alternate between:
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
